Barrel Aged Cider #1 – Sodus Bay Blend

A blend of culinary apples from Smith Bros. Farms was fermented and then aged in French oak red and white wine barrels. This first batch in our Barrel Aged Cider series is a “sipping cider”, strong in tannins and bursting with flavor.
