Join us November 5th from 6pm – 8pm as cidermaker and co-founder Patrick Kwiatkowski and cheese expert Adrianne Mingea will be on hand to walk you through five different pairings, each marrying an artisanal cheese with City Orchard’s wide variety of ciders.

Curd Culture is a Houston-based cheese education & cheese board business run by Adrianne Mingea.  She is an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional (yes, it’s a real thing) with over a decade of experience in the specialty food & cheese worlds.  We’re passionate curd nerds with enthusiasm for providing accessible cheese education to our community through public and private classes. We love to empower our clients with the knowledge to take on the curd world! We’re available as an educational resource and private chef, creating dream-worthy custom cheese and charcuterie boards.
