King Blossom has Returned!

It has been a long wait, but the wait was well worth it, we’re excited to have King Blossom back in stock!

Available by the glass & carafe in our taproom + 750ml bottles to-go, this Friday, August 12th! Our third commercially-produced cider, King Blossom, has been a customer favorite since its introduction.

King Blossom originated in our 2018 harvest, which marked the first crop from the newly planted block of European cider apple varieties at Smith Brothers Farms in New York. We worked with cider-making pioneer Bill Barton of Bellwether Cider in the Finger Lakes area of New York to create this blend of American and European heritage apples. King Blossom features European cider varieties Porter’s Perfection, Dabinett and Chisel Jersey, and American varieties Golden Russet and Baldwin, a favorite of Bill’s.
