Orchard Blend #1 Our first Orchard Blend comes from the 2018 harvest of our Block 19 at Smith Brothers Farms. This bottle conditioned and aged cider is made from a blend of European cider apple varieties such as Brown Snout, Porter’s Perfection, Chisel Jersey, Yarlington Mill and other bittersweets. Dry and bubbly, this cider is for festive and special occasions.

Orchard Blend #6 This true rose, bottle conditioned cider is made with Redfield red-fleshed apples from Smith Brother’s Farms in New York. Redfield is an American hybrid with bright red flesh that produces a light and acidic juice. The cider is balanced with Golden Russet juice that gives the cider a strong body and complex flavor.

Orchard Blend #3 This funky rose, bottle conditioned cider is made with Redfield red-fleshed apples and Chisel Jersey bittersweets from Smith Brother’s Farms in New York. The light and tart Redfield combined with the strong tannins of the Chisel Jersey produces a strong and complex cider reminiscent of classic English ciders.

Mr Green Bottle Conditioned We took some of our Best in Class Gold Medal winning Mr. Green cider and bottle- conditioned it for several months. The result is, dare we say, possibly better than Mr. Green. Enjoy this rare small batch delight of 100% Rhode Island Greening cider before it runs out!
